Dwayne was the founder pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. He is the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne has a love for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the Board as a Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Ever-changing Reality (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
